DIY Scented Soy Candles with Essential Oils Masterclass & Companion eBook

Hi there!
I’m Anna, and I’m a city girl turned modern homesteader who’s passionate about growing, cooking and preserving real food at home, creating my own herbal medicine and all-natural home and body care products, and working toward a simpler, more sustainable, more self-sufficient life each and every day. And I’m equally passionate about helping others do the same!
I started making my own soy candles at home 6 years ago. We were broke and Christmas was coming, so I decided to invest what little money we had in a bag of wax, some wicks, a few bottles of fragrance oils and some repurposed Mason jars from our local thrift store. That was all I needed to make beautiful homemade candles for all of our family and friends, and to this day our loved ones look forward to our homemade candles every year around the holidays.
Before long I was selling my homemade candles at local craft fairs, and soon after that I started teaching others how to make them too!
While I’m still making scented soy candles at home (for a fraction of the cost of store-bought candles), one thing I’ve learned is that essential oils are waaay healthier and more natural than synthetic fragrance oils, so I started using all-natural essential oils instead.

Nowadays I often opt for a mix of both fragrance oils and essential oils as I’ve found that essential oils alone just aren’t enough to make a strongly scented candle, and in this Masterclass I’ll show you how to do the same, or how to omit the fragrance oils completely and use only all-natural essential oils for lightly scented candles.
I’ll also share my eBook, The Complete Guide to Candle-Making with Soy Wax & Essential Oils which you can download and keep as a reference for whenever you’re in the mood to whip up a batch of candles at home!
I hope you enjoy the Masterclass, and that this marks the beginning of a new hobby and skillset that will serve you and bring you joy!
Wishing you homemade, homegrown, homestead happiness:)
– Anna
