Welcome to

Be ready for whatever life throws your way

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the “what ifs” of tomorrow?

I’m just gonna say it…

The news cycle is scary these days, and it can leave you feeling anxious and fearful as you sit there doomscrolling, reading headline after headline about the multiple existential threats on our doorstep right now.

From the threat of large-scale events like natural disasters, pandemics, societal unrest, economic collapse, or even war, to personal challenges like a job loss or an unexpected health crisis, life is full of uncertainties, and there’s good reason to feel anxious! But there are things you can do right now to ensure peace of mind today and resilience tomorrow.

While true-self-reliance is a long-term game, anyone anywhere can and should be prepared to withstand at least a few days to a few weeks of disruptions due to an emergency—because you don’t want to be fighting over toilet paper when the next pandemic hits, and you definitely don’t want to be caught off guard if the grid goes down, if you have to evacuate from home, or if the economy tanks and you can no longer afford the basic necessities.

AS SEEN IN

Things will likely get WORSE before they get better

We’ve already been through at least one major emergency recently. The COVID pandemic was a stark reminder that things can go sideways at anytime, and can have far-reaching consequences way beyond the implications of the original emergency.

While assuming we’ve been through the worst of it is a nice thought, the reality is that we could be in for a lot worse in the coming years.

Experts have already been sounding the alarm for some time, warning about the high probability of:

another global pandemic

a (potentially nuclear) world war

increasingly destructive climate-related disasters

an economic depression and the collapse of the U.S. dollar

food shortages and supply chain disruptions

government overreach and rising authoritarianism

a large-scale cyber attack

large-scale societal unrest in response to all of the above

Not to mention the threat of terrorist attacks, localized natural disasters, or the many risks associated with the advances in AI. With so many threats that are beyond our control, the question becomes

What CAN we do?

Get Prepared (so you don’t have to be scared)

There’s a stigma that anyone who “preps” for the future is a tinfoil hat-wearing, bunker-dwelling doomsday prepper. While this can be true, this is the exception, not the rule.

Not only that, but living in fear surrounded by expensive freeze dried foods and heavy artillery in a doomsday bunker is, in my frank opinion, no way to live at all.

Practical preparedness is all about fitting prepping into your everyday life, so you can go on living with the peace of mind that comes from knowing you’ve got the skills and resources to take care of yourself and your family no matter what happens.

The Practical Preparedness Crash Course will teach you what you can do to ensure you’re as prepared as possible to weather any storm, so you can stop worrying about tomorrow and and sleep better tonight.

Anna’s down to earth and encouraging approach to walk you through all steps and answer questions along the way, has given me confidence that I can try anything I set my mind to. I cannot say enough great things about Anna’s courses, and I would recommend them to anyone at any skill level who wants to become more self-sufficient!

My wife and I are both in our late 70’s. This course has given us great directions and suggestions on putting together plans that can be used to get us through many different situations. We feel confident now that we would be able to handle most situations by following the guidelines in this program. It has helped us organize much of what we already had, but was all scattered and unorganized, and now is very well organized. I highly recommend this program and believe you will also have a greater sense of security after going through it.

Who is this course for?

This course is for you if:

N

You're new to prepping and not sure where to start

N

You're concerned about the future, and are ready to take action to put your mind at ease

N

You want to increase your preparedness, but can't afford all of the expensive ready-to-eat freeze dried meals or fancy prepping gear

N

You believe in taking a practical approach to preparedness, rather than living in fear

N

You're willing to do what you can where you're at with what you've got, even if you feel limited by time, money, or physical ability

This course is NOT for you if:

M

You're a seasoned prepper who already has all of the skills and resources you need to live comfortably for years in the doomsday bunker under your house

M

You think that the whole idea of preparedness is crazy and irrational

M

You would rather spend your time doomscrolling on the internet and reading clickbait news stories than taking action to prepare for the future

M

You would rather just rely on the government and "the system" to take care of you in an emergency

Some answers to your questions

Module 1: Preparedness Basics

We’ll begin by establishing a solid foundation by covering some preparedness basics.

We’ll go over the 6 main areas of preparedness, and important preparedness “rules” to know, like the rule of redundancy and the 100:1 rule, and I’ll guide you through creating a personalized preparedness plan for you and your family.

Module 2: Bugging Out

While most of us hope to be able to “bug in” in the case of an emergency, sometimes the only option is to “bug out.”

I’ll guide you through packing a bug out bag and putting together an emergency binder for your family so that all of your important information and documents are ready to grab and go if you need to evacuate quickly.

Module 3: Food, Water & Medicine

I’ll show you how to store sufficient amounts of shelf-stable food, water, and medicine in case of a brief or prolonged emergency.

I’ll also teach you how to store water for emergencies, and we’ll go over different options for filtering and purifying water so that it’s safe to drink.

Plus, I’ll share the must-have items that everyone should have in their medicine cabinet and first aid kit for when they aren’t able to see a doctor.

Module 4: Shelter, Security & Sanitation

We’ll go over off-grid options for cooking, heating and lighting in the case of a prolonged power outage or grid-down scenario.

We’ll also talk about the importance of maintaining good hygiene and sanitation, and how to keep things clean and sanitary when the taps run dry.

We’ll also cover some of the basics you should consider when it comes to keeping yourself, your family, and your supplies safe in a SHTF situation!

Module 5: Financial Security & Preparedness

We’ll talk about the importance of building financial security and resilience for overall self-reliance and as a security net in hard times. We’ll also cover the basics of investing in precious metals to protect the values of your hard-earned money and items to keep on hand in case you need to trade and barter with friends and neighbours.

Module 6: Information & Entertainment

There’s more to preparedness than beans, bullets, and bandaids. You’ll also need to access important information in case the grid or the internet goes down. Not to mention, you’ll be responsible for your own entertainment and for keeping morale high during a potentially long, drawn-out crisis.

In this module, we’ll talk about how to build a preparedness library full of books and hard copy resources so you have the information and entertainment resources you need at your fingertips when your screen goes dark.

Module 7: Other Considerations

We’ll talk about the importance of getting in and maintaining good health and fitness, so you’re both physically and mentally prepared to deal with a stressful emergency situation.

We’ll also talk about special considerations that are often overlooked in conversations about preparedness, such as prepping for kids and babies, family members with special needs, and pets and livestock.

How much experience do I need to get started?

None!

This course is designed as an introduction to prepping for beginners, as well as for homesteaders who may have some of their bases covered (like growing and preserving some of their own food), but who could use some help and guidance in other areas of emergency preparedness in order to feel confident in their ability to weather any storm.

How long will this course take to complete? What if I get busy?

All of the lessons in this course have been pre-recorded, which means you can watch them on your own schedule (and rewatch them as many times as you like!)

There are just over 6 hours of instruction in total, broken down into bite-sized video lessons that you can watch and take action on whenever you are able to.

You also get lifetime access to the course, so there is no time limit on completion.

Do I need to buy a bunch of expensive supplies to implement the lessons in this course?

No! This course is designed so that anyone anywhere can become better prepared without having to spend a ton of money on expensive MREs (ready-to-eat meals) or fancy prepping supplies.

While I do make recommendations for certain supplies throughout the course, they are not necessary to improve your overall preparedness, and I offer many cheap or free solutions as well!

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

This course is designed for folks who are new to prepping. We cover a wide range of topics in a short amount of time to get you some quick wins right away.

Disaster could strike at any time, which is why the best time to start preparing is always in the past. However, the next best time to start is now.

No one knows for sure if or when an emergency situation will arise, but anything you can do to increase your self-reliance and your overall preparedness between now and then will go a long way toward ensuring you not only survive but thrive when the SHTF.

This course is designed to get you some “quick wins,” and the basics can be completed in as little a a few days to a few weeks time.

Meet Your teacher…

Hi! I’m Anna

I’m a former city girl turned modern homesteader with a passion for producing whatever I can with my own two hands, creating a life I love on my own terms, and helping others do the same!

You are responsible for your own safety and security.

Most people think that the government or other authorities will come to their rescue if things get really bad, but you know better.

You know that YOU and YOU ALONE are responsible for taking care of yourself and your family.

While we can hope for the best and pray that someone will help us in our time of need, it would be foolish to expect someone else to take care of you and your family in a crisis.

The cold hard truth is that no one is coming to save you!

But you don’t have to live in fear.

By focusing on the things you can control, you’ll gain the peace of mind that comes from knowing you have the skills and resources you need to take care of yourself and your loved ones no matter what happens.

Preparedness is simply insurance for emergencies and hard times

You don’t think twice about purchasing:

➔ Home insurance in case your house burns down

➔ Car insurance in case you’re in an accident

➔ Health insurance in case of an unexpected illness or injury

➔ Life insurance in case the worst happens

Why would you think twice about investing in your own emergency preparedness?

Being prepared with the skills and resources you need provides a safety net in case of an emergency

In fact, it’s a more tangible type of insurance, because you have immediate access to your skills and supplies without having to jump through the hoops of dealing with an insurance company in your time of need.

With everything going on in the world right now, why take the risk of NOT being prepared?

Don’t wait for a crisis to start thinking about preparedness. Enroll in the Practical Preparedness Crash Course now and take the first step towards a safer, more secure future for you and your loved ones.
